Melissa & Doug 477 Review: Melissa & Doug Deluxe Band Set. I bought this for my 4-year old daughter's birthday because she really wanted a xylophone and this is the only one that I could find! The xylophone is, by far, the worst instrument in the whole set. The notes are way off tune and the sound is muffled.Her favorite piece is the harmonica, which is pretty nice.
